Tilo helps businesses send neutral review requests after completed work. Email is the starting point; text messaging is planned and subject to approval. If a review cannot be confidently matched to the request, it can send one reminder and then stop. You can monitor new Google reviews and prepare replies in one place.
Will this get me more five-star reviews?
Tilo helps you ask consistently. Customers decide whether to review and what to say. We do not promise a rating, a number of reviews, a Google ranking, or a revenue result.
How do I add customers?
We are preparing CSV import, Jobber and QuickBooks connections for launch. Availability will be confirmed before subscriptions open.
Does it filter out unhappy customers?
No. Eligible customers receive the same neutral invitation to share honest feedback. There is no sentiment screening, review gating, or reward for positive reviews.
Can I check replies before they go live?
Yes. AI-assisted replies are drafts. You edit and approve every response before it is published.
Can I sign up yet?
Not yet. We are preparing Tilo for launch. You can explore the product and planned pricing here, but new subscriptions and text messaging are not available.
